• Our juices and shots are pure fruit and vegetables. There is no: water, additives, sugars, preservatives, concentrates or purees.
• The HPP process allows them to keep all of the taste, nutrition, and color that naturally occurs in the raw produce we start with.
• Our juices and shots contribute to the recommended daily intake of 5 fruits or vegetables a day.
• Apple, the base of all of our products, is rich in antioxidants and vitamins, including vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E, niacin, pectin, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, and iron.

After crushing and cold-pressing the fresh, whole produce we use for our ingredients, we apply immense pressure to the products in the packaging to ensure that the products are both safe to drink (all harmful bacteria is removed) and have a high shelf life without the need for preservatives. Unlike pasteurization (another way to remove harmful bacteria) or blending at home, this process does not change the temperature of the juices, thus retaining all of the natural nutrition, color, and taste of the raw produce in the final juice product.

While our juices are made from whole fruits and vegetables and with wellness in mind and no added sugar or guilt, our juices are not recommended as meal substitute or juice cleanse. Please consult your physician for advice.

Our juices are not organic, but they are non-GMO and 100% natural, with no added preservatives or sugar, and are made from whole fruits and vegetables—nothing else.

All of our products are gluten-free.

We do not add any sugar to our products, so any sugar found in a Sofresco juice, shot, or smoothie bowl is a naturally-occurring sugar found in produce we use to make our products. Our juices are 100% whole fruits and vegetables, meaning there is no water added, which can contribute to a higher amount of sugar listed on the nutritional information.

Absorbic acid, also known as Vitamin C, is derived from fruits, is 99.5% pure and is micro-encapsulated. It is used to prevent the natural browning and discoloration that happens to fruits and vegetables over time. As our juices have an incredibly high shelf life—80 days from production—this ensures less food wastage and spoilage, as consumers often shop with their eyes, and would avoid products where this natural process occurs, thinking the product has gone bad.

Our ginger shot is made of ginger and apple. As long as you don’t have a natural sensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients, we are not aware of any potential dangers this ingredient would have on a child.
